We make every effort to ensure that your system is built to the most exacting of standards. With that said, sometimes problems occur, and we’ve always made it a point to stand behind our work. If you ever experience a failure of your BRM Exhaust due to an error in manufacturing, please contact us so that we can assess the situation.

If it’s determined to be an issue with workmanship, we’ll replace or repair the system at our discretion. If one of the components fails (muffler, resonator, tips), we’ll also replace or repair it at our discretion.

This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only, and does not cover damage due to incorrect installation, abuse, normal wear, road damage, modifications to the system, or any other issue which could be described as “unforeseeable” on our part. If your stainless system corrodes, we cover that as well (although it’s never happened, and we don’t anticipate it happening any time soon).

By the way, unlike some of our competitors, we don’t have a “racing” exclusion – We know you guys hit the track, and we’re glad you chose our system to do it! So, you can feel confident knowing that our track-tested exhaust systems will hold up to whatever you can dish out on the track.

From time to time, we may determine that a repair can be performed at a competent muffler shop. In that case, we may send you to a local facility for an estimate, after which we’ll cover the cost of the repair. Since 1996, we’ve had 5 such issues, so you can rest assured that we’re good at what we do, and we stand behind our work 100%.

Return Policy
Every BRM Exhaust system is custom-made to your specifications and built AFTER you order it. Due to the number of different variations of systems we offer (vehicle model, piping diameter, resonator length, materials, muffler and tip configurations), we don’t maintain an inventory of ANY exhaust systems.

As such, there are absolutely NO returns allowed for any reason without a 20% restocking fee + shipping costs to return the system to our shop. We simply don’t have the space to store a bunch of custom exhaust systems, and keeping our storage footprint down is one of the reasons we haven’t raised our prices.
